Join us for one of our fun fitness activities. All ages and levels of fitness are catered for at our Engadine location.

Some are specifically for eligible seniors; these require a referral from My Aged Care and a pre-booking form to understand your health needs. See our resources, forms and brochures or What's On Calendar for dates and times. Advance bookings are required.

Tai Chi Class

Tai Chi

Tai chi, short for t'ai chi ch'üan, is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. The term Tai Chi refers to a philosophy of the forces of yin and yang, related to the moves.

Senior Citizen Exercise Class

Seniorcise

Seniorcise is a combination of aerobic exercise and dance fitness that is available for all ages and fitness levels. The aim is to improve, strength, flexibility, stability, posture & balance.

Senior Therapy

Parkinson's Fitness

Join a small fitness class that focuses on the issues affecting people with Parkinson's Disease. All exercises are done while seated and volunteers are available to assist.

Line Dancing

Put down the phone and kick up your heels! Line dancing is a great way to relax and burn off some energy while making new friends. We welcome all levels of experience, and the moves are easy to learn!

Join a small class, with low intensity exercise focusing on moving and maintaining core abilities as you age: Balance, Flexibility Strength, Good Posture and Coordination.
