Social Support Groups

Being part of a community can have a positive effect on your wellbeing. Our social groups are small and friendly. People get to know each other and have a great time too! Our 50+ Club social groups are for people who are still independent and they are not funded as formal aged care.

ECS receives funding through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) for a variety of social groups for the residents of Engadine and neighbouring suburbs. Our staff can help with information about your aged care options.

If you are registered through My Aged Care, you are eligible for a reduced fee.

Please see our calendar for dates and times the activities are available.

ECS Bus Trip Adventures

Join our bus trips to interesting and varied locations all around Sydney. Whether your interested in culture and history or just enjoy getting out and about with friends, our ECS Grand Adventure Tours have something for everyone.
These trips are booked on a per-outing basis, so keep an eye on our calendar to find out where we're heading next.
50+ Club

This is an informal social program for seniors who are not yet eligible for the aged care services funded by the Australian Government. The 50+ Club started in 2019, as part of the Befriending Project with Sutherland Shire Council, and is the umbrella for a range of groups. For more information contact Trish by phone or email.
