Julie works closely with the ECS Management Committee to oversee day-to-day operations of the organisation, including liaison with government funders, development of policy and procedures, WHS, promotion and direct supervision of paid staff.

Lynette oversees volunteers in the community and contractors in the centre to deliver individual and group social support services to eligible seniors, with Australian Government funding through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and client fees.

Mona manages accounts payable and payroll, as well as insurances etc in conjunction with the Treasurer and ECS Manager.

Lee & Karen oversee a team of office volunteers to manage services provided in the Resource Centre, with funding from Sutherland Shire Council and client fees.
Lee oversees volunteers, room hirers and contractors in the centre to manage the cluster of services eligible children and their families, including Sutherland Shire Toy Library, with funding through the NSW Targeted Earlier Intervention (TEI) Program and client fees.

Karen supports the ECS Manager, Management Committee and specific projects, including the Collaborative Against Abuse of Older People in Sutherland Shire.
