TAI CHI / TAI CHI & IT

Virtual Tai Chi Practice

Tai chi, short for t'ai chi ch'üan, is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. The term taiji refers to a philosophy of the forces of yin and yang, related to the moves. Some classes can be joined from home via Zoom.

Senior Citizen Exercise Class

Seniorcise is a combination of aerobic exercise and dance fitness that is available for all ages and fitness levels. The aim is to improve, strength, flexibility, stability, posture & balance.

PARKINSON'S FITNESS GROUP*

Senior Therapy

Join a small fitness class that focuses on the issues affecting people with
Parkinson's Disease. All exercises are done while seated and volunteers are available to assist.

Join a small class, with low intensity exercise focussing on moving and maintaining core abilities as you age: Balance, Flexibility Strength, Good Posture and Coordination.

Outsider instructor, Dani, runs Vinyasa Flow Yoga, which is an easy style of yoga and the answer to busy mind and body. No yoga experience required.
