Tai Chi

Tai chi, short for t'ai chi ch'üan, is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. The term taiji refers to a philosophy of the forces of yin and yang, related to the moves.


Seniorcise is a combination of aerobic exercise and dance fitness that is available for all ages and fitness levels. The aim is to improve, strength, flexibility, stability, posture & balance.

Join a small fitness class that focuses on the issues affecting people with
